Lien (our Head Chef Patissiere) and Laure (our Founder) share one thing in common—their love for pastries. While Laure misses the French patisseries and the smell of a bakery in the street of Paris on a Sunday morning, Lien loves cooking up fun recipes while respecting traditional techniques taught by her French mentor from Lenôtre.
They spent over 6 months designing their first collection of pastries. The focus is on textural contrasts and tastes. Imagine biting into a soft cheesecake and discovering a crunchy chocolate hidden inside. Imagine eating a sweet pastry with sea-salt, or salty popcorn.
So this is how it all started, with a desire to share their love for pastries and “joie de vivre” to the Saigonese.
